Jeanne M. Vinal, Esq., is an Erie County Legislator representing District 5, first elected in 2019. A seasoned litigator with over 35 years of experience, she is also a partner at Vinal & Vinal, P.C., and a cum laude graduate of SUNY at Buffalo Law School.
