Biography
James A. "Jay" Leftwich Jr. is a Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates for District 90, first elected in 2013. An attorney since 1988 and partner at Basnight, Kinser, Leftwich & Nuckolls, P.C., he previously served on the Chesapeake School Board.
