Biography
Jay Dean has served as State Representative for Texas House District 7 since 2017, representing Gregg, Harrison, and Marion Counties. Prior to his state legislative service, Dean was the Mayor of Longview for a decade and served on the Longview City Council for five years. He is also a successful small business owner and executive in the oil & gas field services industry.
