Jay Brower

Jay Brower represents District 13 on the Dane County Board, where he serves on the Health and Human Needs subcommittee. He also works as a labor organizer across Wisconsin, bringing workers together for fair pay and working conditions. Prior to his current work, Brower served as a Professor of Communication for over a decade after earning a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Philosophy of Communication.
