Biography
Jason T Smith, a Republican, has served as the U.S. Representative for Missouri's 8th Congressional District since 2013. He is currently the Chair of the House Ways and Means Committee, a position he assumed in January 2023. Prior to his congressional service, Smith was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives.
