Janet Tycelia Dudding is a certified public accountant who has spent more than half her life as a governmental accountant and auditor, per the campaign site. Her first job was investigating public corruption, and she later spent two decades protecting tax dollars from waste, fraud and abuse, including work on the city of Waveland, Mississippi's finances after Hurricane Katrina, per the campaign site. She is a product of public schools, as are her daughter and grandchildren, and lives in the Bryan-College Station area, per the campaign site.
