Biography
James Walkinshaw, a lifelong Virginian, graduated from New York University in 2005. He served as Chief of Staff to Rep. Gerry Connolly from 2009-2019 and was elected to the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors (Braddock District) in 2019, serving from 2020-2025. Walkinshaw was sworn in as U.S. Representative for Virginia's 11th District in September 2025.
