James Risch

James Risch, a Republican, is a member of the U.S. Senate representing Idaho, a position he has held since January 3, 2009. Prior to his time in the Senate, Risch served in various public offices in Idaho, including as Ada County Prosecuting Attorney, in the Idaho State Senate, as Lieutenant Governor, and as the state's 31st Governor. He is currently serving his third term in the U.S. Senate.
