JAMES RICHARD MR III RUSSELL

James Richard Mr III Russell, also known as James "Rus" Russell III, is a Democratic candidate who has announced bids for public office in Arkansas. He is the owner of New Dawn Counseling and CYA Music, LLC, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Central Arkansas. Russell previously ran in the 2022 gubernatorial primary election and has announced a 2026 campaign for U.S. Senate.
