Biography
James H. Herndon is a candidate for the Decatur School Board, aiming to be a voice for teachers. He currently serves as Director of the Barkley Forum for Debate, Deliberation, and Dialogue at Emory University, and previously taught English at Chattahoochee High School. Herndon holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Alabama and has been actively involved in Decatur's education system since becoming a resident in 2008.
