Biography
James Frank represents the 69th House District in the Texas House of Representatives, first elected in 2012. A longtime resident of Wichita Falls, he graduated from Texas A&M University with a Finance degree and had an eleven-year career in banking before purchasing a metal fabrication business in 2000. He served as Chairman of the Human Services Committee from 2019 through 2024.
