Biography
Jaime Arroyo is the Vice President of Lancaster City Council and Chief Executive Officer of ASSETS, a nonprofit supporting entrepreneurs. Elected to Lancaster City Council in 2019, he will become Lancaster City's next mayor, with inauguration scheduled for January 5. Arroyo, who moved to Lancaster from Puerto Rico as a toddler, holds an MBA from Drexel University and has focused on economic development and community investment.
