Jack Ryan Gallagher is a seventh-generation Texan, born and raised in Plano, who ran for election to the Texas House of Representatives to represent District 70. An attorney, he was guided by his faith to shape policy and felt called to servant leadership. He lost in the Republican primary on March 3, 2026.
