Biography
Ivan Niño is a Nonpartisan member of the El Paso City Council, representing District 5, having assumed office on January 7, 2025, after winning a special runoff election in December 2024. A lifelong resident of District 5 and an El Paso native, he previously served as Chief of Staff for District 5 and held roles within the City and County, including as a deputy for the El Paso County Tax Assessor-Collector.
