Biography
Ismaine Ayouaz is a Republican candidate running for election to the U.S. House to represent Pennsylvania's 4th Congressional District in 2026. He holds a high school diploma from Lycée polyvalent de la Mare Carrée, a bachelor's degree from L'Université Évry Paris-Saclay, and a graduate degree from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Ayouaz has professional experience as a project manager and previously served as a Crestwood Economic Development commissioner.
