Biography
India Phipps Epps is a Spelman College graduate with a background in Human Resources. She is a mother of two students in the City Schools of Decatur system and is running for the District 2, Post B seat on the City Schools of Decatur School Board. Originally from South Georgia, she has been an active volunteer in the Decatur community since she moved there in 2015.
