Biography
Huldah Hiltsley, a Democrat, is a business executive and the first Minnesota state legislator of Kenyan heritage. She represents District 38A in the Minnesota House of Representatives, having been elected in 2024. A Kenyan-American, she holds an M.B.A. from Bethel University and resides in Brooklyn Park with her family.
