Biography
Howard Rosenblum is a Democratic candidate who ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Illinois' 9th Congressional District. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, subsequently working as a lawyer and civil rights litigator. Rosenblum, who became totally deaf at age two, has dedicated his career to advocating for the civil rights of people with disabilities, including serving as CEO and Director of Legal Services for the National Association of the Deaf.
