Biography
Horace Taylor is an independent candidate currently running for election to the U.S. House to represent Tennessee's 8th Congressional District in the 2026 general election. A career military man, Taylor retired after more than 30 years of service in 2012 and has previously run as an independent candidate for President of the United States.
