Biography
Helen Zhou is a Republican candidate for Texas House District 137. Born in Shanghai, China, she immigrated to the U.S. as a high school student and later earned degrees from Purdue University. A Licensed Texas Certified Public Accountant and real estate broker, Helen Zhou has been a Sharpstown homeowner and investor since 2004, and moved to Houston in 1998.
