Biography
Heather Ann Tessmer is a Republican candidate for Texas’ 21st Congressional District. An attorney and business owner, she has practiced family, probate, and estate law for over 20 years, founding Tessmer Law Firm, PLLC. Tessmer holds degrees from Angelo State University and St. Mary's University School of Law, and has served as an adjunct professor.
