Hal Rogers is a Republican politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Kentucky's 5th congressional district since 1981. He has been elected to 23 consecutive terms and is the longest-serving Member of Congress from Kentucky, as well as the dean of the U.S. House of Representatives. Hal Rogers is currently running for re-election.
