Biography
Gulrez Khan is a Republican candidate in the 2026 Texas U.S. Senate primary. He is a co-owner of American Star Home Health & Hospice Care in West Texas and a former Lubbock County Republican Party chair. Khan, who immigrated from India in 2001, previously ran for Lubbock mayor in 2022 and U.S. House TX-32 in 2024.
