Biography
Greg Spengler began his career as a policy analyst and operating budget manager with the Maryland Department of Legislative Services, making recommendations on health and higher education budgets. He later joined the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) in 2001, serving in various roles including Director of Institutional Research and Assistant Vice President. Since 2018, he has been the Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness, Strategic Planning, and Assessment at UMB.
