Biography
Glenn D. Kelley serves as a Circuit Court Judge for Florida's 15th Circuit, Seat 27, in Palm Beach County. He was appointed to the Circuit Bench in 2006 and has served in both Circuit Civil and Circuit Criminal divisions. Judge Kelley was first elected Chief Judge for a term beginning July 2021 and has been re-elected for subsequent terms, becoming the first Chief Judge of the Circuit to serve a third term starting July 2025. He also serves on the Florida Supreme Court Trial Court Budget Commission.
