Gayle Manning is a lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio with 37 years of experience as an elementary school teacher. She has a distinguished career in public service, having served multiple terms in both the Ohio House of Representatives, where she was Speaker Pro Tempore, and the Ohio Senate, where she was Majority Whip.
