Gavino Fernandez Jr. is a retired individual and a lifetime Democrat with over 50 years of community service in East Austin, Texas. He previously served as chief of staff for Travis County Commissioner Precinct 4 Marcos De Leon from 1991-1994 and as LULAC District 12 director. Fernandez Jr. is a lifetime resident of Travis County and Austin.
