Biography
Palmer grew up in Hackleburg, Alabama, earned a B.S. in Operations Management from the University of Alabama and worked for two international engineering and construction companies, per the campaign site. Palmer served 24 years as president of the Alabama Policy Institute, was elected to Congress in 2014, and chairs the House Energy and Commerce environment subcommittee, per the campaign site.
