Gary Groves

Gary Groves is a Republican candidate running for election to the Texas House of Representatives to represent District 41. A retired individual, he is a lifelong Republican who has been active in the party locally and nationally, serving on the RNC Chairman’s Advisory Board and as a precinct chair in Hidalgo County. He and his wife have resided in McAllen for over 42 years.
