Biography
Garland Hale "Andy" Barr IV is an American attorney and Republican politician who has served as the U.S. representative for Kentucky's 6th congressional district since 2013. He previously worked in the administration of Kentucky Governor Ernie Fletcher and launched a bid for U.S. Senate in April 2025. Barr was the first member of the Kentucky delegation to endorse President Trump in 2024 and served as the Chairman of Trump’s primary campaign in the Commonwealth.
