Biography
Forrest J. Miller is a retired US Army Chief Warrant Officer 3, who served two combat tours and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. He ran as a Democrat for the Virginia House of Delegates District 63 in 2025, after a career in the military and as a Consulting Systems Engineer.
