Biography
Felix Barry Moore, a Republican, is a U.S. Representative for Alabama, having served the 2nd Congressional District from 2021-2025 and currently representing the 1st District since 2025. Born in 1966, he is a veteran of the Army National Guard and a small business owner, having founded Barry Moore Industries and Hopper-Moore Inc. He previously served in the Alabama House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018.
