Eric Toney is the Fond du Lac County district attorney, Wisconsin's 2024 District Attorney of the Year and a former president of the state District Attorneys Association, and the Republican nominee for attorney general, unopposed in the August 11 primary. He was also the party's 2022 nominee, losing to Josh Kaul by 1.3 points.
