Biography
Edmund H. Ford, Sr. is a member of the Memphis City Council, representing District 6, a position he has held since January 1, 2020, with his current term ending in 2028. He previously served on the City Council from 1999 to 2007. A licensed embalmer and funeral director, Mr. Ford founded E.H. Ford Mortuary in 1995 and holds degrees in Government and Public Affairs and Mortuary Science.
