Biography

Hutson has presided over Montgomery County Court at Law No. 4 since being sworn into office on January 1, 2023, per the campaign site. Hutson began a career in prosecution in 2008 and became Montgomery County's first dedicated Domestic Violence Prosecutor, later helping to create the county's Domestic Violence Division and its specialty Domestic Violence Court.
