Diane Harris is a Republican candidate running for Illinois Secretary of State. She earned an associate degree from Joliet Junior College and a bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix. Harris retired from ComEd after 32 years of service and has prior political experience, including serving as a Precinct Committeeman.
