Biography
Rowe has served his community in Snyder, Juniata, Mifflin, and Union counties through numerous roles for more than a decade while being involved with multiple charitable organizations. He attended National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan and participated in its Mandarin Chinese Immersion Study program after two years of Christian missionary work as an educator in southeast Asia.
