Biography
David Rouzer is a Republican U.S. Representative for North Carolina's 7th Congressional District, first elected to the U.S. House in 2014. Currently serving his sixth term, Rouzer is a member of the House Agriculture, Space, Science, and Technology, and Transportation and Infrastructure Committees. He also chairs the Subcommittee on Highways and Transit.
