Biography
David McCormick is a Republican member of the U.S. Senate from Pennsylvania, assuming office in January 2025. A West Point graduate and combat veteran, he served in the U.S. Army and later earned a Ph.D. from Princeton University. His professional experience includes leadership roles as CEO of FreeMarkets and Bridgewater Associates, as well as service in government as Under Secretary of Commerce, Under Secretary of the Treasury, and Deputy National Security Advisor.
