Biography
David Koehler is a Democratic member of the Illinois State Senate, representing District 46 since 2006. He currently serves as Assistant Majority Leader. Prior to his state legislative service, Koehler held positions on the Peoria County Board and Peoria City Council. He earned a Bachelor's from Yankton College and a Master's in Divinity from United Theological Seminary.
