Biography
David Wilson Jolly (born 1972) is an American attorney, politician, and lobbyist who served as a U.S. Representative for Florida's 13th congressional district from 2014 to 2017 as a Republican. After leaving the Republican Party in 2018 and registering as a Democrat in 2025, Jolly announced his campaign for Governor of Florida in the 2026 election, advocating for progressive policies.
