Biography
David Bier is the Director of Immigration Studies at the Cato Institute and occupies The Selz Foundation Chair in Immigration Policy. An expert on legal immigration, border security, and interior enforcement, his work has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court and federal appeals courts.
