Biography
David Albert Scott is a Democratic U.S. Representative for Georgia's 13th Congressional District, first elected in 2002 and currently serving his 10th term. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and an MBA from The Wharton School of Finance. Prior to his time in Congress, Scott served in both the Georgia State House of Representatives and the Georgia State Senate.
