Biography
Dave Syverson is a Republican member of the Illinois State Senate, representing District 35 since 1993. Born in Chicago and raised in Rockford, he works as a financial and benefits consultant. He has sponsored over 100 pieces of legislation and currently serves as a spokesperson for multiple committees in the Illinois General Assembly.
