Darline Graham (Darline Graham Nordone) is South Carolina's sitting junior U.S. senator, appointed by Gov. Henry McMaster on July 13, 2026 and sworn in July 14 after the death of her brother, Sen. Lindsey Graham, per the governor's office. She spent nearly 30 years in state government, including as commissioner of the South Carolina Commission for the Blind and in roles at the state vocational rehabilitation agency and the Department of Employment and Workforce, per her campaign site. She is the Republican nominee for the full term on the November 3, 2026 ballot after winning the party's August 25 special nomination runoff, per the South Carolina Election Commission's candidate listing.
