Biography
Daphne D. Campbell (born May 19, 1957) is a former Democratic member of the Florida Senate, representing the 38th district from 2016 to 2018, and previously served three terms in the Florida House of Representatives from 2010 to 2016. Originally from Haiti, she is also an accomplished entrepreneur and registered nurse with over 35 years of experience.
