Biography
Cory Booker is a Democratic U.S. Senator representing New Jersey, first elected in a 2013 special election. Prior to his Senate service, he served as Mayor of Newark from 2006 to 2013 and on the Newark City Council from 1998 to 2002. Booker earned degrees from Stanford University, the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar, and Yale Law School.
