Biography
Clinton Benjamin Spellman Jr. is a Democratic candidate who ran for the U.S. House to represent Maryland's 2nd Congressional District. Born and raised in Baltimore City, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps and later worked as an insurance agent, having experienced poverty in his youth. Spellman Jr. has also engaged in community volunteer work.
