Biography
Christopher Toney is a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 43. First elected in 2018, he assumed his current term on December 1, 2022. Toney's background includes working as a school bus operator and serving on the board of directors for the Raleigh County Community Action Association. He holds an A.A. from New River Community and Technical College and a B.A. from Concord University.
