Christian Manuel

State Representative Christian Manuel is a native of Southeast Texas, rooted in Port Arthur. He has nearly two decades of professional experience in Texas state politics, having served as Chief of Staff to former State Representative Joseph Deshotel for a decade. In his first session as State Representative, Manuel was recognized as Freshman of the Year by the Texas Legislative Black Caucus and successfully sent six bills to the Governor’s desk.
